Some people are still having issues getting their Moments of Triumph Shirt code via Bungie.net. Use this guide to get the code via the Destiny Companion App:
Step 1: Sign into your account with the Completed Moments of Triumph and select Profile.
Step 2: Tap where it says "Moments of Triumph Year Two" if they are completed
Step 3: Tap the picture of the shirt.
Step 4: Tap on the shirt picture, there will be your code to buy it at the bottom of the screen.
