First tip for Iron Banner, play as a team. No matter whats the Iron Banner for the week.
2nd tip, wins is also good, but if you do the bounties through that week, you will get to rank 5 by Saturday or Sunday.
3rd tip, don't leave a match if your losing. The medallions will stack up to 5, and you may get loot at the end of the match.
